Another day, another plan -- or lack thereof. Today, we get to have a meeting with the boss to discuss what is, was, and hasn't come to be. It's the latter part that makes me nervous. I don't feel like we've used "Due Dates" and other project tools to truely streamline how things are handled here. It looks like this will probably come to pass as well. Other topics, I have this interesting tan now, from the sunburn I got at the Saints game eight days ago. My scandanavian skin isn't known to be bronzed all that often, especially working in the computer tech world of offices and air conditioning. It itched like crazy yesterday, to which my fiancee commented on how unattractive it looked for me to scratch myself like a monkey. I smiled and kept scratching. ;-) A congratulations to my cousin Brandon and his new wife Jamie! May your lives be rich with good fortune! Brandon and Jamie held their wedding ceremony at the Rosemount Community Center yesterday, so I was all decked out in a tuxedo. This is the second and last wedding that I'll be in this summer, with only one scheduled for next year (my own). I like the tux, but being in that monkey suit in the summer heat isn't my idea of a great time. As long as you ignore the sweat and drink lots of water, it's not too bad. ;-) Three more weddings to go this summer. Yes, three: James and Kristie in August, Meghan and Jake in September, and another wedding on my Meghan's side of the family at the end of September. That puts us right out to October before we can even think of having a house-warming party. Oh well. Back to the grind of work. Take it easy! ^chewie
