It seems that there is no scene 1.02.  The authors of the thread had
decided that instead of writing about the trip to Pas du Mer, they would
skip it to get on to bigger and better things.  You can, therefore, assume
that the during the time between scene's 1.01 and 1.02 that each member of
the party collected their supplies and hit the road to PdM. 

1.03 starts with their arrival outside The Black Boot Inn in Pas du Mer.
